Full name: Hasnul Bin Ismail which means Hasnul son of Ismail, as I don't have a surname or family name but has now sort of made Ismail my family name.

Race: Well I am Malay, but I guess you don't find Malays these days very pure anyway. Dad is Malay/Bugis-Chinese mix, while Mom is Malay-Indian/Portuguese-Siak mix. But I can pass as a Thai or a Filipino *GRIN*. Born and grew up in Singapore

Religion: am a practising Moslem or just a plain believer in Islam, and I think religion is an individual thingie.

Occupation: Am a lucky bloke who manage to achive his job satisfaction, I am a full time veterinarian who runs a small animal practice in Kota Damansara-Malaysia.

Residence: Subang Bestari in Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan-Malaysia.

I guess growing up in a Malay-Moslem household in the seventies, living with my grandparents with working parents, I guess it would be a very family oriented affair. Pets??? Yes my late paternal grandfather reared a variety of feathered friends, and I remembered we had aquariums of assorted tropical freshwater fish, and some red-eared sliders. But I always knew I had a cat or two, usually a pick-up stray, or a stray that pop-up in front of my grandfather's home. Though my grandfather was not fond of cats, my late grandma was more tolerant.
